Terms & Conditions

Your agreement with us is made up of your completed and signed terms and conditions. These documents together form a legal agreement between us, so please make sure that you read them carefully and understand them. If you have any questions please ask.

 

  • All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be charged for the session.

 

  • All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken.

 

  • Payments must be made monthly. The sessions purchased must be completed in the month of purchase, the sessions can not be extended due to holiday/illness etc.

 

  • All sessions purchased are non-refundable.

 

  • If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time.
