What if I am not fit or strong enough?
Our PT sessions are adapted to each individual to meet them where they are at. You do not need any time of experience in the gym before you start, we take care of that for you. Rest assured you will get the right level of 'push'.

What if I have an injury?
As mentioned we adapt every session for each individual, we are experienced coaches that can work around majority of injuries and we work with physios that help advise us also.

Do you have parking?
Yes we have 7 spaces directly out the front of our building, or you also have the option to park in the lay-by on the road.

Is there a contract?
When starting your 6 week trial there is no contract, if you decide to carry on our membership option we just require a 28 cancellation notice.

Can I do a taster session?
We dont offer taster sessions as it's not enough to give you the full essentials experience, we take over everything and the gym sessions are only part of the puzzle. Instead you can sign up for our 6 week trial.

Where are you based?
We are based in Wickford, down Runwell Road. We are the black building next to the QuickFix Garage.
